How do I book a Fast Boat ticket?

You can book directly through our website. Select your route, date, and number of passengers, choose your preferred schedule, fill in your details, and complete the payment. Your e-ticket will be sent via Email/WhatsApp instantly after payment is confirmed.

Should I book in advance?

Yes, we highly recommend booking in advance, especially during the high season (July–September, December–January) and for popular routes like Bali to Gili Trawangan, as seats sell out quickly.

What are the payment methods?

Payments are handled securely through our online booking system. We accept various methods, including Credit/Debit Cards, Bank Transfers, and popular E-wallets available on the checkout page.

Is there a luggage limit?

Standard policy allows each passenger one large suitcase/backpack and one small carry-on bag. Some operators may charge a fee for oversized or excessive luggage at the harbor.

Can I cancel or reschedule my trip?

Cancellation and rescheduling policies depend on the specific operator and ticket type. Generally, changes can be made up to a certain period before departure. Please check the terms provided in your confirmation email for specific details.

Where are the departure points?

Fast boats depart from major harbors including Sanur, Padang Bai, and Serangan in Bali, and Bangsal or Senggigi in Lombok, depending on your chosen route.

What if I don't receive my e-ticket?

First, please check your Spam or Junk folder. If the ticket is still missing, please contact our Customer Service via WhatsApp or Email with your booking name, and we will resend it to you immediately.

What happens in case of bad weather?

If sea conditions are deemed unsafe by the Port Authority, operators may delay or cancel trips. In such cases, you will be offered a reschedule or a refund based on the operator's policy. We prioritize your safety above all else.

Are hotel transfers included?

Many operators offer hotel pickup/drop-off services in specific areas (like Kuta, Seminyak, or Sanur). Some include this in the price, while others charge a small fee. You can select your transfer options during the booking process.
