Disclaimer and Terms and Conditions of Carriage



When purchasing or booking a ticket all passengers agree to the following terms and conditions:

  • Sea conditions can be unpredictable; therefore all children and infants must be accompanied on board the vessel.
  • My Gili Boat reserves the right to inspect the contents of any luggage and can refuse the carriage of any items that are likely to endanger the vessel or other travelers.

  • My Gili Boat is not recommended for passengers who are; pregnant, suffering from heart conditions and suffering from serious back complaints or serious physical impairments.

  • My Gili Boat accepts no responsibility for loss or damage to luggage during transit Rescheduling is based on seat availability and must be made 2 days prior to guest departure.


Cancellations & Delays

  • My Gili Boat shall not be liable in any way for the cost of any accommodation, connecting flights or for any alternative means of travel which may arise through cancellations or delays.

  • Additional expenses arising shall be the sole liability and responsibility of the passenger.


Cancellation Policy

  • Cancellation 0 – 1 day Before Schedule Departure Refund 0%
  • Cancellation 2 – 5 Day Before Schedule Departure Refund 50 %

Refund

  • Refunds will be given in accordance with the provisions of My Gili Boat . If guests do not arrive when departure
    arrives, tickets cannot be refunded.

  • The refund process will take approximately 14 working days


Charge back

Customers who have purchased My Gili Boat tickets and have received services from My Gili Boat cannot charge back for any reason
